Portfolio value rises by 8%
Meanwhile, the gross value of Montepino’s assets rose to 1,557 million euros at the end of 2025, an increase of 8% compared with the previous financial year.
According to the company, this increase is due both to the investments made, which amounted to a gross total of 57 million euros, and to the revaluation of existing assets, which contributed 87 million to the total value of the portfolio.
As at 31 December 2025, Montepino’s portfolio comprised a gross lettable area of 1.9 million m², spread across 55 logistics assets: 32 operational, six under construction and 17 strategic sites earmarked for future developments.
In this regard, the occupancy rate of the operational assets reached 100% at the end of the financial year.
Projects underway
During 2025, Montepino completed 22,537 m² of new gross lettable area and marketed 48,646 m² relating to turnkey projects currently under construction, which are due for handover in the coming months.
At the same time, the SOCIMI has also continued to make progress in the development of its turnkey assets, maintaining its focus on selecting top-tier tenants and signing long-term leases.
Furthermore, the company maintained its prudent financial policy, with a loan-to-value (LTV) ratio of 43% at the end of 2025.
