Panattoni, a logistics-industrial real estate developer, announces the lease of two modules of the multi-tenant warehouse at Panattoni Park Vitoria-Gasteiz to Kromberg & Schubert, a company specialising in the development and production of wiring systems for the automotive industry. This operation is a demonstration of the company’s ability to attract large leading companies in the sector to the region, where Panattoni has become the leading specialist in immologistics with a presence in its three provinces.
Panattoni Park Vitoria-Gasteiz is situated in a privileged location, in the Jundiz Industrial Estate, just 5km from the city centre and with excellent connections to the Autovía del Norte (A1), providing quick and easy access to the main national and international transport networks. This location will allow Kromberg & Schubert, and other future tenants, the possibility to manage efficient logistics operations and optimise local and long-distance distribution.
This state-of-the-art industrial logistics complex, designed to offer operational flexibility, can be adapted to the needs of any type of company and activity. The 20,280m2 multi-tenant warehouse can be subdivided into up to 7 units of 2,500m2 each, two of which have been acquired by the German company for its operations in the north, leaving 12,500m2 available for future tenants. In addition, the park has the possibility of developing a second turnkey warehouse of up to 12,500m2 on the adjacent plot, consolidating the park as a logistics platform of reference in the north.
