Nova Horche: A New 835,000 m² Logistics Hub in Horche, Guadalajara

Inespro has unveiled its Nova Horche Platform project, a next-generation logistics park designed to drive economic growth and job creation in Horche (Guadalajara) and across the wider Alcarria region. The initiative has the support of the local council.

**The Horche logistics development will comprise 835,000 square metres of land, with 538,000 square metres of industrial and logistics floor space distributed across three plots. Its location within Madrid’s third logistics ring, with direct access to the A-2 motorway, provides excellent connectivity to Madrid, Zaragoza, and Barcelona.**

The platform has been designed as a modern and flexible logistics park, capable of accommodating a wide range of businesses and operators. According to Horche’s Mayor, **Manuel Salvador Ruiz**, its strategic location and future-oriented approach make it a key project for the region’s long-term development.

Sustainability will be one of the project’s core pillars. Developed in line with ESG principles, the park is targeting both **BREEAM** and **LEED Platinum** certifications. More than **100,000 square metres** will be dedicated to green areas, creating a balanced and environmentally responsible industrial environment.

The project is expected to play a significant role in boosting the local economy and generating employment, while positioning Horche as a benchmark for sustainable logistics development in Spain.
