Inespro promotes the Nova Horche Platform to strengthen the logistics of the Henares Corridor
Plataforma Nova Horche is positioned as a new logistics hub in the Henares Corridor, with 835,000 m² of industrial and logistics land, a strategic location, flexibility for operators and more than 100,000 m² of green areas.
The Henares Corridor continues to gain prominence as one of Spain's main logistics hubs, driven by its proximity to Madrid, its strategic connections, and the growing demand for industrial and logistics land. In this context, Plataforma Nova Horche, developed by Grupo Menchero in partnership with Inespro, has been launched. It will offer 1.1 million m² of gross area, of which approximately 835,000 m² will be dedicated to logistics and industrial activities. A key feature is a plot of approximately 610,000 m², which will allow for the adaptation of spaces to the specific needs of each operator. The project, currently in the planning phase, anticipates beginning development in 2027 and opening in 2028. It is geared towards logistics operators, industry, and industrial refrigeration, with an initial electrical capacity of 17 MW. Its location, adjacent to the N-320 and GU-921 highways and just 7 km from the A-2 motorway, strengthens its connection to Madrid, Zaragoza, and other strategic locations. Furthermore, it will benefit from future road improvements and the development of the Marchamalo Dry Port. The development also prioritizes flexibility and sustainability, with over 100,000 m² of green spaces, the restoration of native flora, and areas dedicated to well-being.
