In the first nine months of 2024, investment in real estate for the logistics sector in Spain increased by a remarkable 30%, reaching a total volume of almost 900 million euros. This growth reflects the boom in e-commerce and the need for modern infrastructure for the efficient distribution of goods. The main cities benefiting from this investment are Madrid and Barcelona, which continue to be the most important logistics centres in the country.
