Important information regarding the strike on 11 November
In light of the general strike called for 11 November, we would like to send you a clear message: Logistics & Industrial Build Madrid is going ahead as planned and will take place on the scheduled dates.
We are working alongside IFEMA and other partners to make it easier for exhibitors and visitors to attend, should there be any travel disruptions.
More than 450 companies are ready to welcome you, having put in months of hard work, with new developments to discover and a great desire to share this year’s edition of this unmissable event.
On 11 and 12 November, we can look forward to two days packed with meetings, innovation and opportunities.

We are extending our opening hours to make it easier for everyone to take part
Greater flexibility in opening hours
We want to offer exhibitors and visitors greater flexibility so that they can plan their visit and make the most of the event.
We have therefore made the following changes:
11 November: we are extending opening hours by 30 minutes.
12 November: we are extending both opening and closing times by 30 minutes.
Updated opening hours:
If you are a visitor:
- Wednesday 11 November: 9.00 am – 6.00 pm
- Thursday 12 November: 9.00 am – 6.30 pm
If you are an exhibitor:
- Wednesday 11 November: 8.00 am – 6.00 pm
- Thursday 12 November: 8.30 am – 6.30 pm
We recommend that you check the opening hours before you come and plan your journey well in advance.

Transport options and travel support
We are preparing a range of measures to facilitate access to the venue on 11 November and minimise any potential transport difficulties.
The planned options include ride-hailing services and car-sharing options.
In addition, we are working on a discount scheme for journeys with Uber.
We will soon be sharing information on how this will work, the eligibility criteria and any applicable limits.

Your best connection may begin before you even enter IFEMA
Carpooling could be a good option to make travelling easier on 11 November.
We encourage you to get in touch with colleagues, business partners and other professionals travelling from the same area as you to discuss car-sharing options.
You can also make use of the networking tools on our app to get in touch with other professionals in the community in advance, organise your schedule and explore possible shared journeys.
