The project is establishing itself as a benchmark for the socio-sustainable development of the region, boosting employment and attracting investment to the province.

Pulsar Properties SA, a company specializing in the development of land, infrastructure, and industrial, logistics, and intermodal buildings, and the Tórtola de Henares City Council formalized the signing of the Partial Acceptance Certificate for the development works of the Sector 4 Industrial Park on September 4th. The event was attended by the Mayor of Tórtola de Henares, Ana Isabel Monge Álvarez, and all members of the municipal council, along with the CEO of Pulsar Properties SA , José María Alaña Arrinda. Also present were Almudena Ceballo Berroeta, the municipal architect, and Miguel Ángel Embid García, the architect and technical director of the project.

This partial handover encompasses the completion of the sector's internal infrastructure and the installation of the first electrical supply connection, key infrastructure elements that now enable the installation and commissioning of the first companies.
