EGEIN designs and builds turnkey logistics and industrial facilities, from engineering through to construction.

EGEIN develops turnkey engineering and construction projects for logistics and industrial facilities, taking full responsibility for project management and acting as a single point of contact from the initial design stages through to commissioning.

Our engineering starts with the operation itself. We analyse the specific flows, processes and requirements of each activity to design infrastructures that meet current business needs while remaining ready for future growth and evolution.

We develop solutions for cross-docking operations, last-mile distribution, temperature-controlled logistics, high-rotation warehousing and other demanding logistics environments, integrating layout engineering, technical design and construction within a single coordinated process.

This approach allows us to optimise storage capacity, operational flows, loading docks, clear heights, structural capacities and spatial planning, while also anticipating the future integration of automation systems and new intralogistics technologies from the design stage.

We work with BIM methodology to identify potential clashes in advance, coordinate disciplines, reduce risks during construction and maintain greater control over costs, scheduling and construction quality.

Fire protection engineering is also an integral part of the overall project design. We assess and optimise fire protection solutions, seeking the right balance between regulatory compliance, safety, investment and operational efficiency.
