About us
At 3DModular, we specialize in the design and manufacture of three-dimensional prefabricated modules, offering customized modular solutions that adapt to diverse needs and technical or regulatory requirements. We primarily work for strategic sectors such as industries, corporate headquarters, logistics centers, renewable energy plants, and the public sector. Our projects include offices, access control points, changing rooms, classrooms, and storage spaces.
Our facilities are located in Navarre and have a manufacturing capacity of 35,000 m². There, we carry out the entire industrialized construction process using a modular system structured around four subsystems designed for precise assembly: structure, building envelope, installations, and finishes. This method allows us to develop 100% off-site prefabricated building projects with complete equipment, including all necessary amenities: electrical installations, HVAC, technical partitions, thermal insulation, plumbing, lighting, and even video surveillance, eliminating the need to perform these tasks on-site. Furthermore, it guarantees the highest level of technical quality control and strict compliance with the Spanish Building Code (CTE).
We have a team of 30 professionals with specific departments in Technical Office, Operations and Logistics, Business Development, and Trades (welding, carpentry, etc.).
Our organizational structure and the application of BIM methodology allow us to manage the entire project and collaborate closely with architecture and engineering firms to provide them with the highest level of technical support for their modular projects, ensuring the success and efficiency of every construction project.
