– Control the specific techniques of pavement works and structural reinforcement.
– Good communication, personnel management, negotiation and conflict mediation skills.
– Knowledge of the dangers associated with the performance of their position, and the preventive measures to take.
– Knowledge of the risks of the activities carried out on the works and the measures to be adopted following the Safety Plan of the work and the orders of the Site Manager, the Company’s Prevention Department and the Safety Coordinator . and Health.
– In emergency situations, know the actions to take.
– Ensure your own safety and health at work and that of those people who may affect your professional activity, by complying with the prevention measures that are adopted in each case and in accordance with your training and the instructions received.

REQUIRED TRAINING
-Technical architecture, building engineering or similar.
– ORP training 20 hours (60 hours if it is a preventive resource)

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
-Experience of at least 5 years in a similar position

REQUIRED SKILLS
-Ability to organize the human, economic and material resources of the work.
-Ability to negotiate with suppliers and promoters.
-Ability to prioritize tasks and organize time efficiently.
-Management of Microsoft Office: Word and Excel.
-Management of computer-aided design software, such as AutoCAD.
-Management of measurement and budget software, such as Memphis or Presto.
-Management of construction management software, such as Sigrid, Navision or similar.
-Driving license B
