Welcome to the Operations Manual of Logistic & Industrial Build Madrid 2026!

On November  11th and 12th, Logistics & Industrial Build Madrid 2026 will take place.

Through the main links below, it is possible to find all the necessary information for the exhibition of products, special needs of exhibitors and stands, as well as all the dates to take into account for the event.

1. YOUR STAND

The technical plan will arrive by email with the details of the stand and its location within the hall.

Rememeber that there are different types of participation (SPACE ONLY, ALL IN and ALL IN PLUS), each with different allocations and documentation needs. More information about modular stands is available on the buttons below.

Please, read the participation regulations to make sure that your decoration and planning comply with them.

It is important to check the measurements and the allocation on the document so you can assess:

  • What elements to exhibit, their location on your stand and the servicse needed for them to function properly.
  • The decoration and furniture necessary to comply with what you want for your stand.

2. SCHEDULE

Additional Items Shop

  • EARLY BIRD: April 6th to May 4th
  • REGULAR: May 5th to September 8th
  • LATE: September 9th to October 6th
  • WEBSHOP CLOSING: October 7th. Orders must be placed by email at lib.operaciones@easyfairs.com, subject to stock availability and technical feasibility during build-up.
  • IMPORTANT: NO CHANGES OR REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS OF CONTRACTED ITEMS OR SERVICES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

 

Documentation sending

Until September 28th to lib.operaciones@easyfairs.com.

  • Space Only:
    • Plan and measurements in floor and elevations.
    • Technical plan with the location of conections and aaditional services, if any.
    • Contact information with Representatives of the suppliers the Exhibitor needs for construction of the stand.
    • REMEMBER: The electrical box between the hall connection and the stand connection must be ordered with the organization.

  • Modular Stand:
    • Stand’s name. No changes will be done after the deadline. If no name has been provided, The name on your MyEasyfairs will be the one used.
    • Technical plan: only if fixed installation services has been ordered such as sockets, air, water or storage room).
    • Additional Services information: carpet colour, graphics, etc.
    • REMEMBER: In accordance with the coditions accepted with your booking, the modular stand provided to the exhibitor may not be modified or structurally altered without the Organization express consent.

  • Priority Access Request: if early access during build-up is required for machinery positioning, the corresponding document must be sent before September 28th to lib.operaciones@easyfairs.com.
  • IMPORTANT: IN CASE YOU WISH TO MODIFY A GRAPHIC FILE THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN SUBMITTED AND PRINTED, YOU MUST PAY THE REPRINT FEE FOR THE ITEM TO BE REPRODUCED.

  • Build-Up (SPACE ONLY):
    – November 8th: 15:00 – 20:00
    – November 9th & 10th: 09:00 – 20:00
  • Build-Up (MODULAR STAND):
    – November 9th: 15:00 – 20:00
    – November 10th: 09:00 – 20:00
  • Exhibition Days (EXHIBITORS):
    – November 11th: 09:00 – 19:30
    – November 12th: 09:00 – 18:30
  • Exhibition Days (VISITORS):
    – November 11th & 12th: 09:30 – 18:00
  • Dismantling:
    – November 12th: Simultaneous with the organizer, from 19:00 to 21:00 + November 13th: 09:00 – 15:00

3. IMPROVE YOUR STAND

You can enhance your stand by adding additional electrical services, furniture, storage space, graphics, and more.

You can access the online shop through your private MyEasyfairs area. There you will find and purchase all the options available in our catalogue.

There is no exclusivity regarding graphic services. However, if you choose to hire an external supplier, in accordance with the regulations, the exhibitor will be responsible for the installation and removal of all elements during the official build-up and dismantling periods, ensuring that no damage is caused and no materials or waste are left behind on the structures.

4. REGISTER

It is not necessary to register for assembly or disassembly.

Instructions to register your staff:

  1. Access the MyEasyfairs private area.
  2. Click on SET UP YOUR STAND y SET UP STAFF in VISIT CONNECT
  3. Click on TEAM in the application and add staff .
