Prosistemas
About us
Prosistemas is a European benchmark in concrete knowledge. In industry, our company is known for its advanced technological pavements in High Planimetry used in sectors as diverse as logistics, food, technology - Data Centres - and industry. In the academic field, it is known for the manuals published and the scientific conferences given by our technicians to future engineers and architects in Spain in relation to concrete and its pathologies. Prosistemas has played a leading role in the drafting of the first Manual of Industrial Flooring in Spain and has given courses in places of special academic importance such as the Polytechnic University of Madrid, among others. He is also a founding member of the Spanish Association of Continuous Pavements AEPC. But Prosistemas also enjoys international prestige for its own technological production for the use of modern laser planimetry techniques to build immense commercial or logistic areas -some of more than 200,000 square metres- with levels of flatness and horizontality that have been recognised and awarded by the sector worldwide. The awarding of four Golden Trowel prizes in recent years expresses the role of Prosistemas as a benchmark for High Planimetry in Europe.

Technological flooring for logistics centres
In 2018, it built a technological pavement in A Laracha (A Coruña, Spain) with an incredible surface area of 125,000 square metres in Alta Planimetría. On this occasion, our company won the Golden Trowel in an unappealable way: beating two world records in the same project, that of total surface regularity (Ff+Fl) and horizontality, with a levelness never before recorded for floors of more than 45,000 square metres. In addition to the planimetry results that have gone around the world, the work became a prodigy of large-scale logistics and the management and planning of raw material supplies.
Structural flooring for robotic logistics silos
Silos are high-rise, single-storey buildings that support huge automated structures to move goods horizontally and vertically at high speed. In some cases, the silos reach 34 metres in height, equivalent to an 11-storey building. To support the huge structure of racks and robots vertically, it is necessary to be close to perfection in two aspects: the regularity of the floor (horizontality and flatness) and the resistance to the loads, as it is only one floor that supports the building. The silos built by prosistemas have a double steel skeleton - double mesh - but, in addition, millions of steel fibres strategically distributed in the concrete mix increase the resistance to the loads.
Surfaces and flooring reclamation division
Trust the best specialist to rejuvenate your flooring. Today's new technologies make it possible to recover aged and degraded floors without having to start from scratch with a new and costly floor covering. We are committed to obtaining qualities of planimetry, luminosity and hygiene that surpass the original flooring. Only companies with experience in design and integral execution of pavements can treat a surface recovery process with full guarantees. They are the only ones that can ensure that the flooring does not suffer from old pathologies in lower layers and correct them if they exist. If the wound is not healed, even if it is not visible, infection is guaranteed in the future. Prosistemas has been designing and building industrial flooring for some of the world's largest global distribution and logistics companies for over forty years. It is the only European company to have won the Golden Trowel (USA) award four times for the best planimetric concrete floors in the world.
