We present our P6/P5/P4 chipboards for mezzanines and industrial floors, with different finishes, fireproof protection, anti-slip, and prepared for AGV technology with highly wear-resistant boards with a high load capacity. They are extremely resistant and are specially manufactured for easy, fast and economical assembly.

All our products are CE certified and are made from ecological wood and are 100% recyclable.

Mezzanine Standard / White

Unilin's U7 is a highly resistant board, specially designed for mezzanines and mezzanines, manufactured with high-density chipboard and with fully reinforced outer layers to offer a greater load capacity and/or more space between the supports. The special and unique tongue and groove jointing in the sector together with the increase in the separation space between beams makes the installation of the mezzanines much more profitable. Designed especially for mezzanine floors, the exceptionally strong U7 base panel has been developed with a high density and strongly bonded outer layers. This allows for higher load bearing capacities or greater spacing between the supports. A leaner substructure, including greater beam spacing and omission of distribution sheet plates, means that mezzanine floors can be installed much more cost efficiently. By giving the floor panel a white finish on the ceiling side, light reflection is enhanced helping to create a brighter space. This can help to reduce the light intensity or spacing between lights to reduce energy consumption. The ceiling side can be cleaned easily with a slightly damp cloth.

Mezzanine Supreme AGV

Mezzanine Supreme AGV floor panels answer to the highest quality demands for the use of AGVs and AMRs. The top side is treated with a extreme wear-resistant surface coating meeting the highest abrasion criteria (AC6, AR0.5). A surface without wear, rutting or cracks. The topside is standard finished with a highly fire-retardant (Bfl-s1) treatment and optionally equipped with the ESD or slipresistant properties. Flameshield Deluxe / Supreme Deluxe

CLASS C. By coating melamine with a white flame retardant layer on the bottom, the fire reaction can be improved from class D to class C. CLASS B. A fire-retardant, wear-resistant top layer and a white, highly fire-retardant layer on the bottom side are combined to create a fire-retardant B-class mezzanine floor panel. The Flameshield Supreme range of products meets your fire regulations. A completely new product range has been developed to meet the highest possible fire rating for timber base panels. We have created the only chipboard that meets the B-s1,d0 classification for the roof face, which ensures a high fire retardant effect and minimizes smoke production. The panels can be combined with anti-static and anti-slip properties.
