Signal Shelter
Patented system of intelligent dock shelters to make easier the positional manoeuvres of vehicles in the loading docks in a visual, quick and comfortable manner. It achieves to speed up the process of loading and unloading merchandise, especially during the night or in adverse weather conditions such as fog, rain, sand storms or poor visibility, saving time in the logistics platforms. It consists of an approach system and a guidance system that help the trucks during their positioning in the logistics dock by means of LED lights in the outline of the dock shelter as well as an interconnexion system with the rest of the loading dock equipment (door, dock leveller, wheel truck chock).
Isoperfect System: Freezing loading docks
In the classic system of loading and unloading in conventional bays and during all the sequential process, the merchandise is exposed to external agents such as changes of temperature, rainfalls, pollutant gases coming from the combustion of the vehicle itself, etc. Isoperfect is the ideal dock seal for freezing and cold industries beacuse it keeps a stable temperature anytime by opening the truck doors inside the dock, avoiding the goods being affected by adverse agents like insects, smoke or dust. It is the appropriate system to fulfill IFS and BRC Food Safety Certifications. Isoperfect is a fast and functional system thanks to a single control panel for all the loading bay equipment. Furthermore, the design of the whole set brings a huge energy saving and minimizes the risk of accidents, as well in potential thefts.
Mirzip: High-speed auto-tracking door MirZip
The MirZip model is high-speed auto-tracking door to close medium-sized indoor or outdoor access. It withstands light or moderate air currents. The canvas includes at its ends a zip made of plastic that runs through polyethylene guides meaning a continuous guide system without rigid elements. When an impact happens, the zip goes out of the guide and it puts back on the rails when descending.
Novosprint: High speed horizontal opening doors
Novosprint is the range of high-speed horizontal opening doors from Ángel Mir - Portes Bisbal SL designed to meet the strictest requirements of each industry. The series of doors Novosprint is still based nowadays on the same original idea of 30 years ago, which is based on a revolutionary horizontal opening achieved thanks to the most advanced technology and materials. Today, Novosprint is the ideal solution for any industry or commercial premises expecting to obtain the highest level in terms of efficiency, profitability and reliable security, The doors are built up with canvas panels coated with P.V.C. which slide laterally in less than a second thanks to the elastic tension, and are rolled inside drawers that, at the same time, act as a load-bearing frame of the door. Having a maximum lateral opening speed ranging between 2,5 m/s and 5 m/s, depending on the model, they have proved their strength and safety under the most difficult conditions for years in the whole world, and ensure a very long life with low maintenance costs. They are available not only in a wide variety of sizes and uses, but as well in different options ensuring a greater efficiency in each case.
Avantgates Door
The vertical doors Avantgates operate as an outer barrier offering a quick access to the vehicles and restricting the intrusion of people or animals. Being a door with a hydraulic mechanism, it allows a continuous use, therefore being ideal for logistics parks, factories, airports, hospitals, motorways, etc. It is as well especially recommended for food industries or industries requiring certifications such as the BRC. Also, there is a RESIDENTIAL RANGE for villas and apartment blocks. This barrier model may be either of one vertical sheet up to 10 meters, either of two sheets up to 20 meters in total. As practically no civil work is needed and the required maintenance is minimal, with Avantgates it is possible to save installation costs.

For a perfect dock seal in loading bay: ISOPERFECT PLUS: in order to improve and achieve an absolutely hygienic exchange of goods and at a stable temperature in the loading docks, ISOPERFECT PLUS includes the new sealing cushion AH 4BAGS at below. This inflatable dock shelter seals completely all around the truck with high insulation. It also represents a significant reduction in energy costs and greatly saving energy costs.
Rolltex Fire, the fire resistant roll up curtain without water irrigation
Rolltex Fire is the innovative fire resistant roll up curtain without water irrigation to control and sectorize fires, with a classification of up to EI₂-120 category B on both sides, approved with CE marking according to the UNE EN 16034 regulation. This automatic textile barrier can be manufactured in large dimensions, isolates fire and maintains integrity and thermal insulation for 120 minutes on both sides without spraying the canvas with water. This canvas is made of a 25/30 mm thick technical fabric sewn with a double seam with high strength steel thread on the outside, and different intumescent materials and resistant fibre on the inside. Thanks to the transverse strap system, it provides the rigidity and flexibility of movement that the canvas needs for its operation. The canvas finishing is black on both sides. The automatic fire curtain design has been envisaged to provide a quick and easy assembling system that offers up to three different installation options: mounting between walls, standard wall assembling and completely concealed mounting between walls, which is perfect for confined spaces. The finishing of the structure is in galvanized steel.
Automatic chocks Calematic
The automatic wedges Calematic are a new safe system that immobilize the loading vehicle. The vehicle wheels are blocked automatically through one or various wedges forming the system. It is a robust security system, manufactured with warm galvanized steel sheet. As the wedges are placed in a concrete prefabricated pit, it only requires a minimum of civil work, avoiding major costs or brickworks. The automatic wedges can be installed along a wall or jointly with wheel guides, without interfere with the loading and circulation areas. Unlike other automatic restraint systems, Calematic is perfect when there is not enough lateral space between docks, since it sits under the truck. They are very easy to use. When the dock leveller is open, the wedges are raised, completely immobilizing the vehicle and therefore the loading and unloading can be started with total safety. When the dock leveller is closed, the wedges descend and the vehicle is free to move. Thanks to the modular coupling of the different elements, the maintenance is quick and easy. The automatic chocks can operate under positive safety in order to immobilize the vehicle when it reaches the dock. This function can be controlled via a manual and / or automatic operating system.
Dock light fan Aero-Docklight
AERO-DOCKLIGHT is the new fan with built-in led dock light for loading docks that contributes to provide more security and comfort on logistics platforms. The function of this logistic equipment is to illuminate and exchange the air inside the trailer, truck, or container, making easier for the operators to work and minimizing possible damage to load or vehicle. The high-flow fan injects new air into the vehicle body, expelling stale and heated air, while the powerful illumination of the LED spotlight allows operators to see the details of the merchandise, especially when goods are non-palletized or for transportation to different destinations. For that, there is the Aero-docklight DUO version with two built-in spotlights. 2 in 1 Having two accessories in a single device provides a great space advantage. The practical design of the spotlight fan easily adjusts to any position using an articulated arm with two handles, which incorporates a pivot shaft to facilitate change of orientation, as well as a locking bolt to lock the arm movement during loading / unloading. Resistance Designed to last, it is made of a high strength steel tube with orange painted finishing. Aero-docklight is also indicated to improve air flow and lighting in machinery rooms, production facilities or auto-repair shops / workshops, especially in summer. Brightness: 2.600 lumen
Mirlock, system to retain manually the wheel of the truck
System to retain manually the wheel of the truck, which helps to prevent accidents at the loading dock in an easy and intuitive way to use. The ergonomic design allows the retain system to be operated by a single person with minimal effort. During the approach, the system works as a guide, centring the truck in the right place and avoiding involuntary blows because of a wrong placement with respect to the dock bumpers. This reduces the possibility to damage the truck, the shelter, the ramp or the building. The ramp is locked until the rear wheel of the truck is secured by the fastening arm. The entire system is communicated by means of light and acoustic signals for both the operator and the driver. Mirlock adapts to all types of doors, manual and automatic, and is compatible with 98% of the trailers on the market. Being an electromechanical system, it requires minimal maintenance. The allowed blockage distance between the Mirlock arm and the truck tire is 50 mm maximum. The Mirlock H50 model has a length of 2,030 mm, while the length of the Mirlock XL model is 4,030 mm to be able to retain trailers, container ships and two-axle trucks.

In such a way that drivers do not have to get out of the truck and transit through the exterior area of the docks, guaranteeing the safety of the workers. The allowed blockage distance between the Automirlock arm and the truck tire is 30 mm. It is regulated by means of the double optoelectronic sensor, allowing maximum precision.
Safety Bench (BSR 10 Tn & BSR 30 Tn)
The safety bench BSR supports trailers with a maximum load of 10 tons or 30 tons (there are two models!) during the loading and unloading operation, preventing them from tipping over. Designed and manufactured according to the UNE-EN 1494:2001+A1:2009 standard – Lifting equipment. Certificates according to Machinery Directive 2006/42/CE. 30 Tn safety bench with a safety factor of up to 48 Tn according to regulations. Safety bench 10 Tn with a safety factor of up to 15 Tn according to regulations.
Loading Dock Bumpers
The bumpers of Angel Mir – Portes Bisbal SL avoid the truck colliding against the dock leveller and maintain the necessary distance between the truck and the ramp, ensuring the correct operation of the dock leveller. Besides, they contribute to reduce the impact against the building. They are designed to absorb truck impacts and protect the loading dock from wear generated by friction during the loading and unloading process of goods. As every model is manufactured in only one size, the requirements of each application determine the most suitable model. We have different types of bumpers made of rubber, polyurethane, steel or iron metal plate and polyethylene, all being high quality elements, stable but flexible at the same time.
Safe dock
The safety barriers have the function of preventing possible falls both of operators and pallet trucks or forklifts in the loading dock without door or when the door is open and the truck is not yet in place. Given the incline between the dock and the ground, the best solution in terms of accident containment is a physical barrier. In addition, it also protects other equipment from possible impacts.
Dock levellers
The loading dock levellers from Angel Mir – Portes Bisbal SL have been developed to compensate the gap between the loading dock and the truck, and to allow the access of trolleys and pallet trucks. They are simple and quick to install and, as they are manufactured in different standard sizes, they fit to any premises, always ensuring total safety. The front of the lip is bent and bevelled to allow a better adjustment on the vehicle floor. The whole top sheet has a non-slip coarse surface to make it easier for the movement of any vehicle. The dock levellers for loading bays are characterized for having a very intuitive operation easy to learn and for being very strong; the structure is designed to withstand sporadic loads greater than the usual ones, and admits up to 10 centimetres cross-slope of the vehicle.
Loading dock shelters
The loading dock shelters from Angel Mir – Portes Bisbal SL are essential to prevent that air, water, gases, insects or dust enter. Also to protect both workers and goods. They provide great energy savings because the air currents are eliminated and, therefore, losses of temperature in refrigerated facilities are avoided. Thanks to their strong construction, dock shelters can withstand the usual erosions and impacts of such premises. All the models have been designed to adapt themselves to the vehicles, the goods and the requirements of each industry.
Mobile yard ramps
The mobile yard ramps are intended for premises without loading bays or for punctual loads in places where it is not possible to build a conventional dock (renting premises or without electricity, odd jobs, etc.).
