Market Update: towards lower interest rates and their impact on the real estate and logistics sector
At the event, Leopoldo Torralba will address key economic and geopolitical issues related to Spanish real estate and, in particular, the logistics sector.
He will begin by talking about economic growth, highlighting how Europe continues to move towards a solid recovery, while the United States is beginning to see a slowdown.
On inflation and interest rates, Leopoldo will explain inflationary trends and the consolidation in the fall of interest rates, marking a positive direction for the global economy.
He will also focus on the geopolitical hotspots that continue to generate instability, affecting both markets and the global economic outlook.
Finally, he will discuss the evolution of real estate markets, with special emphasis on the logistics sector, and how structural megatrends are affecting it.
