Tap to exchange: The visitor taps their badge on the reader and automatically receives the company information and contact details by email.

As part of your EasyGo package, you will receive 1,2 or 3 Smart Badge readers depending on the EasyGo package you have purchased.
The Smart Badge technology requires no physical contact and guarantees a 100% safe event experience.
On your My Easyfairs account, you will have the capability to upload content for each of your assigned readers.
You can access My Easyfairs through this link. If you have not accessed the platform before, you will need to create an account. You can add additional users to My Easyfairs through the platform.
Yes! As an exhibitor, you will have access to My Easyfairs, the event app, Visit Connect, and Smart Badge readers. Your specific package will determine how many Smart Badge readers you receive and the additional marketing opportunities available to you.
You can check which EasyGo package you have through My Easyfairs or by reviewing your stand booking confirmation.
At the end of the event day, visitors who have tapped your reader(s) will receive an email summarizing their visit along with all the information stored on your reader(s).
As an exhibitor, you will also receive all the leads collected from your reader(s) by the end of the event. You can easily download the leads export from your My Easyfairs account.
Visit Connect and Smart Badge technology offer you the best opportunity to increase both the quantity and quality of your leads. Visit Connect is a useful tool to qualify leads while youâre talking to them, giving you immediate access to their information. Smart Badge readers allow visitors to access your information automatically, enabling exhibitors to follow up even if they didnât have time for a conversation.
Before accessing the event app, make sure you are registered as stand staff through My Easyfairs. If you mistakenly registered as a visitor, please contact the marketing team to have it changed.
When the app becomes available and the event is active, you will receive an email with your access code and will be able to log in to the app.
